Description:  National and Local Government is increasingly looking to third sector organisations to deliver services. There are huge opportunities to realise environmental and social benefits from the processing and use of compostable materials currently being sent to landfill. This post will support organisations seeking to develop as part of the WRAP and REconomy Third Sector Capacity Building programme. You will join a small highly motivated team at the Community Composting Network and work in the larger REconomy team with staff from other Community Waste Networks.

The job will include extensive travel across England to assess third sector organisations and work with them to develop their capacity, including identifying needs, brokering support and building partnerships with public and private sectors.
